Our commitment to the communities of Latin America
At Bunzl Latam, we believe that generating a positive impact goes beyond business. All of our companies actively participate in the communities where they operate, promoting initiatives that add social and environmental value.
We support causes related to environmental care, health, inclusion, education and the protection of people in vulnerable situations. We do this through responsible donations, collaborations with non-profit organizations and volunteer programs driven by our own teams.
We promote a culture of social participation, where each employee can be part of the change, whether by organizing local campaigns, participating in initiatives such as Guardians of the Environment or activating partnerships with foundations in each country. In addition, whenever possible, we donate unused products to institutions in need, avoiding waste and giving these items a second life with purpose.

Doctors Without Borders
At Bunzl Latam, we are proud to collaborate with Doctors Without Borders, a humanitarian organization recognized worldwide for its work in crisis contexts. Through lectures and workshops with their professionals, our teams were able to reflect on mental health, humanitarian leadership and the impact of acting with purpose. These initiatives reinforce our commitment to the well-being of people, inside and outside our operations.
Inspiringirls
At Bunzl Latam, we believe in the power of example. That’s why we actively collaborate with Inspiring Girls, a foundation that seeks to broaden the personal and professional horizons of girls and young women. Through lectures, workshops and training for our internal teams, our employees share their life and leadership stories, inspiring new generations to dream big and lead with purpose.

Olga Kos Institute
As part of our commitment to inclusion, Bunzl Brasil actively participates in the initiatives of the Olga Kos Institute, an organization dedicated to promoting respect and integration of people with intellectual disabilities. We honor this cause through the Corrida da Inclusão, an event that combines sport, visibility and solidarity to strengthen a more diverse and equitable society.

Guardians of the Environment
Guardians of the Environment is an internal program at Bunzl Latam that promotes concrete actions for sustainability. From ecological walks to tree planting and beach and river cleaning, we encourage our employees to take care of the planet, understanding that the impact of voluntary action, when done consciously, can be much more lasting.
