At Bunzl LATAM, diversity and equity are strategic pillars that support our organizational culture and drive our long-term success. Through concrete actions, we seek to foster an inclusive and inspiring environment, aligned with our corporate values of respect, integrity, teamwork and collaboration.
Bunzl Women's Committee LATAM
In 2021, we created the Bunzl LATAM Women’s Committee, which acts as a driving force for transformation in our organization. This committee promotes local initiatives in each of our companies in the region, playing a key role in strengthening diversity and inclusion through concrete actions that increase female representation at all hierarchical levels.
Inspiring Women LATAM Conference
Our annual agenda also includes the Inspiring Women LATAM Conference, a space for celebration and exchange that brings together women from across the LATAM region and guests from other Bunzl continents. This event highlights success stories and global initiatives that reinforce the positive impact of women in the workplace, while inspiring and motivating other women to pursue their leadership journeys.
Reverse Mentoring Program
In 2024, we launched the Reverse Mentoring Program, a pioneering initiative in LATAM, which places young women as mentors for Managing Directors (MDs). This program not only promotes the professional development of these women, but also raises awareness and drives cultural changes at the strategic level of the organization, creating more inclusive and diverse leadership.
Inspiring Girls Chile
As part of our commitment to future generations, we invest in partnerships such as the project with Inspiring Girls Chile, which includes mentoring for young students and intergenerational events that promote dialogue and inclusion. These actions expand the social impact of our initiatives and reinforce our contribution to building a more equitable and sustainable future.
Women's Leadership Program Empowering Women
Among the most impactful initiatives is Bunzl’s Empowering Women Leadership Program, developed in 2021 in partnership with the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. This program represents a milestone in our commitment to female empowerment, offering practical tools for self-knowledge, personal development, and preparing women to assume leadership positions in a challenging corporate environment. Since 2021, approximately 170 women from Bunzl LATAM have participated in this training, which includes a coaching process to further enhance their leadership. The results are remarkable: 28% of them have been promoted to leadership positions. Across LATAM, we have 19% women in senior leadership at the L1 level, and our goal is to continue promoting and strengthening an inclusive culture that benefits both our business and our strategy, driving strategic and diverse thinking.

Women's Impulse Referrals
In November 2024, Bunzl LATAM was recognized with the “Impulso Mujeres Referentes” award by Inspiring Girls Chile for our commitment to inclusion and female empowerment. Since 2023, our partnership in Brazil and Chile has inspired girls to believe that there are no limits to their dreams! This year, our leaders in Chile participated in a speed dating event with young people from Conchalí, sharing experiences and offering scholarships in emotional management to students and daughters of our employees.
This recognition is much more than an award; it is an important step towards our sustainability and social responsibility goals. For Bunzl, social commitment means concrete action, creating a positive impact on the lives of girls and women. We inspire, empower and pave the way for more women to grow, promoting and strengthening an equitable and inclusive culture.

Through clear KPIs, we ensure that our initiatives are not just symbolic, but truly transformative, positively impacting both our employees and the communities where we operate. Our ongoing commitment is to strengthen our organizational culture, promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment, aligned with the demands of a constantly evolving world.
In addition, it is essential to highlight the extensive support network that we have built over the years and that we continue to constantly strengthen. We encourage women to use this network as a strategic resource for their professional and personal development, creating a collaborative environment where they can exchange experiences, share challenges and advance their careers. We also highlight the commitment and action of company leaders, who play a fundamental role in building a more equitable organizational culture. This progress did not occur suddenly, but rather through an ongoing process, in which we gained strategic allies and consolidated, day after day, a culture based on inclusion and diversity. The active support of leaders and sponsors is essential for the implementation and success of these initiatives, as is the work of internal mentors, who play a significant role in achieving our goals.
